Turbulence training has been considered as the most effective fat loss training system in the world today and it works faster and more effectively than any other Fat loss program. Turbulence Training is the ultimate workout system developed by Men's Fitness Training Adviser, Craig Ballantyne. This program helps you to lose fat, gain muscles and still maintain a lean body with a minimum workout of less than an hour 3 to 4 times a week. Turbulence Training is a proven way to melt fat faster, while protecting your skillfully developed muscles.
Turbulence training promotes a significant reduction in body fat and an increase in energy levels over a period 4 weeks in association with a proper diet plan. It is a program which demands a lot of energy which may allow you to have more strength than you had before the fat loss program. Turbulence training focuses on the burning of carbohydrates to fat, inorder to burn more calories after the workout is over. Turbulence Training focuses on resistance training and interval training. Both of these use carbohydrate as the main source of energy. So it's obvious the workout is designed to burn carbohydrates during the training session. Turbulence training program?s post-exercise burning of carbohydrates attribute to the principle of anaerobic exercise. Therefore, when you exercise with intervals and heavy resistance training, your body uses more calories in the hours after exercise than it would if you did traditional cardio and lifted lighter weights. The heavy resistance helps in promoting protein yield and an enhanced body composition.
Turbulence Training also helps women maintain an attractive feminine physique. It helps you to lose fat, gain muscle, sustain weight loss and say good-bye to your love handles forever. Recent studies have revealed that, all fitness models, body builders and athletes and even common people should include high intensity resistance and interval training for fat loss and muscle development. Exercise intensity is the determining factor for post-exercise energy expenditure and fat loss success. But interval training is more effective for burning body fat and maintaining muscle mass than regular cardio.
Turbulence Training is a structured routine that allows you to get the most results in the least amount of time indifferent of your goals. This fat loss program induces a metabolic disturbance in the body which occurs from muscle damage invoked by intense interval and resistance training creating a potent stimulus for fat loss and muscle growth. Thus burning more calories and fat, developing a better metabolic body condition and gaining enough muscles compared to any other.

Diet and Exercising for Weight Loss
by: Jane Flinders
Obesity is now being called an epidemic in the health community. In fact, it will soon be the leading cause of preventable death in the United States, even ahead of cigarette smoking. Obesity leads to type two diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease or stroke and even an increased risk of cancer. With all of these health risks, as well as the general improvement in the quality of life that can occur, losing weight is one of the best things that you can do for yourself.
No matter what we would like to believe, there simply isn't a magic solution to losing weight. The body will shed excess fat when it needs more calories to function through the demands you place on it in a given day than the amount of calories that you feed it. It's that simple. So, in order to lose weight, you need to decrease the number of calories that you eat as well as increase the amount that you burn.

Are You Exercising Your Way To Stress?
Are You Exercising Your Way To Stress?
by: Christopher Green
You?re right, the headline is a very strange one! Exercise is vital to maintain good health and most of the time, the benefits of exercise far out-weigh the drawbacks. But if you suffer from a stressful or a depressive illness, exercise can actually make you feel worse. But how can this be?
I?m sure you?ve heard the following statement over and over again: exercise can help you to beat stress, or alleviate anxiety or boost a depressed mind. This is only true in part. Because many exercises can actually worsen these illnesses. And even if you perform exercises that can help, these exercises will only help temporarily.
The reason many people believe exercise to be helpful in combating stressful and depressive illnesses is because when you exercise vigorously for longer than 20 minutes, your body floods with endorphins. These chemicals give us a buzz, and this is why it is widely...

Optimum Fitness for Middle Age ? Part 2

With all exercise programs mentioned in this section, and part one, you should exercise smart, not hard, and you should never push any joint to lock out. By exercising for longevity you want to maintain your body, prevent injury, and take care of any previous injuries.
Pilates is a modern ?cousin? to Yoga and has received much well deserved publicity, in the past decade. Many Pilates exercises are similar to Yoga practice. The founder, Joseph
Pilates, was a practitioner of Yoga, martial arts, and other fitness systems. He was an innovator, inventing physical rehabilitation equipment during World War I, and a health maintenance system that honors his name.
Much like Yoga, movement is generally low impact, slow, safe, and thorough. Although Pilates is well known for toning the core muscles, it is a complete health maintenance system for the body. There is no meditation...

What is Self Mastery? - Part 2
What is Self Mastery? - Part 2

To continue with our overview of the physical component of self mastery, it goes without saying that walking is a valuable aerobic exercise - but you have options. You can use a bicycle for nice days, or use indoor aerobic exercise equipment for use on inclement weather days.
My personal favorite is the elliptical trainer. Elliptical trainers allow you to cross train - they are very low impact exercise equipment - you use upper and lower body - and they don?t cause excessive wear in your joints.
Elliptical trainers provide a weight bearing workout that tones muscle, adds to bone density, and burns more calories than an exercise bike.
Some of my clients have literally shed weight away with regular use of an elliptical trainer, Yoga classes, and a moderate diet. That leads into the next aspect of physical health: your diet.
Diet has to be moderate and something you can live...
